My package is stuck in security check in Shanghai since 9/21/2014. I sent this package from a hostel where I am no longer staying. I leave China in 2 days. How do I get my stuff?

cp293100622cn is surface parcel for heavy item. normally it will go through sea and very very slow.

So when it says export security scan it has already shipped and is on the slow route to the usa?
