I have ordered a few times online but am still new to it and never had to do a dispute before so i would like to know if i might have to, or if ordering at the end of, and ordering just after chinese new years may be the reason it appears to be stuck.

i have 2 orders from 2 different sellers off aliexpress. both are video game cards, i ordered these types of game cards from other sellers without problems, but these sellers are new to me.

One Seller on Friday, March 20th said it is in Canada already and that i should recieve it soon, but canadapost has not recieved it. he told me to use another tracking site, but it says nothing other than International Item Mailed in Originating Country.
It says nothing about Destination Country.CanadaPost also says nothing recieved.

i am confused. and apologize for possibly posting this in wrong area. i have only read forums for years but never signed up or done this before.

Ironically both appeared to have not done any movement that i understand. both got to the same point minutes apart on march 5th or 6th. it has been over 2weeks, next week i will be at 30days left on my protection plan with one of these, and it does not appear to me that it would arrive by the next 30days then if it hasnt moved anywhere at all. hasnt reached customs or done any scans which has been my biggest concern.

Thanks again for any help. I do not want to jump the gun and dispute prematurely, but would like to know what to believe.

does that mean both packages are still sitting at that shenzhen huhuanju post office for 16days then?

it has not even moved to airline or customs scans so i cant see it being in canada like one of the sellers said. so im confused feeling i cant believe him or maybe he made a mistake?

may be best to just wait another week or two?
im still just assuming things are slower since after new years timing.
praying all is well, but i am still apprehensive a little.
