Current Status arrive 福建高楼center

The entry is three weeks old. I am trying to return an item to the seller in China. There has been no tracking status entry since then. Can you tell me what is happening? Thank you.

The parcel seems to have delivery problem. You need ask receiver to call china post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.
