Is there a problem in GUANGZHOU for ems/e-packet shipping? I have two packages that have been there - one for 19 days and one for 20. Any idea when these will be sent?? Thanks,

Guangzhou airport has serious airline space shortage and delay. Your parcels are still waiting for flight space in Guangzhou. You need wait one or two more weeks.

Is this going to be the new normal? I might have to reconsider ordering items from China if they'll take this long. I've never had this problem before- normally e-packet delivery is under three weeks total. If it's going to be this way going forward it will be nice to know. Thank you!

I don't think delay in Guangzhou should be new normal. Actually ePackets from Shanghai had some delay 2 to 3 months ago, now parcel from Shanghai becomes very fast(about 10 days to USA).

As many people are complaining Guangzhou EMS service, I believe this might push them to improve the speed in near future.
