http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UH118072779CN shows only result "shipping notice received from seller". This means your seller applied a tracking number from china post , but never actually shipped anything. You are scammed.

Open dispute to PayPal/aliexpress and claim refund against fraud asap.
