Post 7 Weeks, No Update

I sent two large packages from China to USA on May 15th. The last update was May 20th saying that it left Shanghai. Every website just says "in transit". I have insurance on both packages, but will soon leave China. When, or should, I place a claim?

if your parcel is over 2kgs, it will go through sea and take up to half year to reach USA. you need a lot of patient.
