Post “Departure Export customs”

Hi
Tracking: LY950052932CN

This was shipped out on Nov 9th 2018. This shipment has been on “departure export customs” for 13 days. Haven’t seen any movement on it at all. I would like to know where it is or if it’s still in transit. Has it even left China yet?
Please advise.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LY950052932CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to USA on Nov 11.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.

USPS.com shows Your package is moving within the USPS network and is on track to be delivered to its final destination. It is currently in transit to the next facility.

The parcel LY950052932CN is now in USA, you will get it very soon.
