Post Possible Fake Tracking Numbers

Hello:
My seller from China has given me two tracking numbers. none of which I can find. The first was RS142043530NL. When I could not find it, they asked me to track it Then they told me the shpping company has changed the tracking number and gave me the second number of RS106271945NL. This sounds very very suspicious to me since the seller is from China but the tracking country of origin is Netherlands. Please help

some china seller use Dutch Post to ship parcel. the parcel will first go to Netherlands, then get into Dutch Post system and delivered worldwide. parcel tracking number can not be tracked until it arrives Netherlands which takes about 2 weeks.

since 9 20 2014my parcel its marked In Customs-Control warehouse, i think there is a problemwith it

its no batterys or liquids only memo pads

RL007247542CN that is my tracking number but its been a week and it still won't tell me where it is located. what do i do!
