the shipper say me that the parcel shipped 15/6/2014 ( with ttacking number RG002916435CN) . how many days wait than i can watch the http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php ??? THANKS

They said me the parcel is shipping out yesterday.

RX353351320CH is swiss post parcel. those parcel normally you need wait about 1 week to get tracking information in http://track-chinapost.com/start_swisspost.php .

I really happy about the tracking id is no fake but the parcel is going to germany not switzerland, maybe there is a stop between china and germany.

Please help me.

I sent back some Virgin Brazilian hair back to seller because I wasn't happy with the product. The tracking shows me that the parcel is stuck with Guangzhou Import Security since the 3rd of June 2014. The product was sent from UK on the 15th of May 2014.

Is it ever going to arrive or should I forget it all together?
The tracking number is RU314192944GB

two reasons for the parcel can not be delivered:
1) seller gave you wrong address or incomplete address
2)seller rejected the parcel in order to avoid refund.
