if http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows invalid, it means your seller did not ship the goods. I suggest you wait one more week and track again, many seller delay shipment for 10 days.

Hi need help tracking a package. I ordered an item on aliexpress on Dec 1, 2015 with a 7 day processing time. The item site on aliexpress said it would be shipped via epacket. I ordered it and when I got my tracking number ( 11753987749 ) , it is on "China post ordinary small packet plus" instead. The tracking number is still coming up invalid. I have 29 days left before the purchase protection ends, but emailed the seller anyways since it's been almost 3 weeks since I made the purchase and still no valid tracking number. I am waiting on a reply but I'm looking for what I need to do next. Thanks in advance

Also, I have another item I purchased from another seller that I had to email for a tracking number also. When I emailed him he messaged me back and told me it was the holiday season and they were backed up, but they shipped it out. Sure enough when I checked, I was able to see it. Now can you verify for me that they this means it is shipped out. My tracking number is LS332318938CN

I also purchased this Dec 1, 2015 through aliexpress with a 4 day processing time shipped out via ePacket. I have 13 days remaining on before the purchase protection will end. Should I request to extend the Purchase Protection if I haven't received my package? Since the seller didn't ship it out on time? If the seller refuses to extend it what should I do next? Leave it and wait for package or open dispute? I've never done a dispute so I'm not sure what to expect. Thank you again.
