if you just got the number, wait 5 to 10 days , then track them in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php . It will tell you the number is real or invalid.

Contact seller and ask him if he did physically mailed your parcel!
If seller is telling you that he mailed the parcel wait 5 to 10 days.
Then you should be able to track it.
If after 10 days, you still can not track it, then open a dispute.
