I need assistance in tracking RF047632495CN. its been stuck at Shenzhen Exchange Bureau.

The challenge with Yanwen express is that they lack agents in other countries. So once the package arrives it's sent to customs waiting for a clearing agent or the carrier to collect so processing takes forever. If you used a post office number then your local post will eventually receive it but with no guarantee as it can be stolen since there is no one responsible for its delivery.

I had a chat with Aliexpress CS yesterday about this shipping problem, but no matter how hard I tried, the CS kept missing my point. He pointed out that I could make a claim if the product is not delivered, disregarding the fact that the seller has given false promise.
People has been saying that Aliexpress is taking side on the sellers, and I guess they're right, which is why this problem has been going on and on, and on for years without solution.
The CS seems to disregard the fact that the buyers are put in a uncomfortable situation questioning WHEN or WHERE the package really is, waiting for months....hoping...praying ....that it will finally arrive someday. If the package is lost, it is true that the buyer can simply claim for refund, BUT they don't care that the buyers has simply wasted time for months for nothing.

The CS seems to miss my point , that if the seller promised to ship with registered mail, then it SHOULD BE registered mail....or otherwise it's considered a breach of agreement.
If registered mail is considered expensive, then the sellers simply SHOULD NOT promise registered mail as shipping method. The sellers could simply give MORE SHIPPING OPTIONS to choose from, like standard shipping with economic/unregistered mail & + $1-2 for registered mail. This is MY POINT to them.

I would prefer to spend $1-2 more with registered mail for better insurance, faster delivery ......along with better tracking, than simply being put in a situation where I have to question the seller, the post office...... week after week...... about the whereabout of my package everytime I buy something from them. Such annoyance, confusion & worry is not worth $1-2. And they still fail to understand this very simple thing. Unbelievable......

Am also stuck here with Yanwen Track#11377543148. This can not be tracked internatinally 28th Aug it shows reached INdia but this number can not be tracked through IPS and after reading so many stories about Yanwan I guess I am getting the pic it will not be delivered. I had recd China registered and Non Registered goods without any issue with 45 days max. What do u guys say is there a chance that it will ever get delivered?

11377543148 is regular airmail, you can not track it in India Post system.

I ordered 2 phone cases on Aliexpress on AUG 1st and my seller delivered it with Yanwen. Tracking number is 11370491945 . According to the track, the package arrived at Viet Nam on AUG 11 but up until now (SEP 16) (47 days passed), I still haven't received yet.
As I contacted the seller, they extended buyer protection time by 20 days and they promised a full refund or resending a new replacement if it doesn't arrived within 60 days.
However, it seems like Yanwen service is famous for late delivery or lost parcels. I would recommend using China Post instead due to faster delivery and TRACKABLE number. So before making any purchase, you should ask the seller their delivery method, if it is Yanwen then try to ask for China Post for extra $1-2.

YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT BROTHER , NEVER CHOOSE YOUR CARRIER AS YANWEN THEY ALWAYS LOSES YOUR PRODUCT LIKE IN MY CASE , MY PRODUCT IS STILL LOST THE ARTICLE NUMBER IS 11280042529

ALWAYS GO FOR CHINA AIR REGISTERED MAIL EITHER IT IS FREE SHIPPING OR A PAID ONE WITH 1 TO 2 $ , IT IS RELIABLE AND ECONOMICAL UNTIL YOU HAVE A VALID TRACKING ID.

VIDHAN SHARAN, your story just made me lose hope of receiving my parcels, not just one but 2 of my package are delivered by Yanwen. I will give my seller a chance and wait for one more week. If not, then I will just open a dispute.
