PLEASE HELP My item wa shipped from bejig china from YANWEN it was shipped of 05/10/2015 it ARRIVED in the U.S. on 05/16/2015 TODAYS DATE 06/03/2015 MY TRACK number is 11113239287 YANWEN can someone please help this is the only track number i have latest status still says IN TRANSIT HOW DO I KNOW IF ITS HELD IN U.S. Customs who will handle my package to get to my address REALLY CONFUSED its BEEN 23 days and i havent recived my DAM ITEM !!! HELPPP

My parcel(YC689344496YW) has arrived in India on 31 may,2015 via Yanwen Logistics.Since parcel has not recieved to my destination place. So kindly suggest me what to do to get the parcel ?

Yanwen parcel actually goes through china post regular mail which can not be tracked online(Yanwen tracking result makes no sense) and very slow. If you can not get the goods in 30 days after payment, you should open dispute and claim refund from seller.

i have problem with yanwen, when i track my parcels it say they are in south Africa but my south African post have no records of them.
