unsuccessful delivery can be caused by many factors such as address error, receiver reject the parcel, address has security system which does not allow postman entering....
you should have ask recipient to call hotline 11185 and pickup the parcel from china post asap.

the parcel was was rejected and returned in Shanghai. You can not get the goods. Open dispute and claim refund asap.

I have sent 3 small parcels from Ukraine to China and 2 from them already delivered and last one RE031309154UA now have Unsuccessful delivery status:

the parcel has delivery problem. you should ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and pickup the parcel asap.

Hi!

My package CK021825900DE has now, after 4 weeks of waiting, the status "Unsuccessful delivery" and is in Location "20043310" in CN. It's from Germany, I sended it with DHL but I believe now it is at China Post, right? Where can I find it, what to do?

Please help!
