Hi! May I know if there are any problem with my parcel? I am the sender and I already have left Shenzhen 9 days ago. I dont have any idea what seems to be wrong. I am currently in Macau staying with friends. Is there a possibility for me to get my parcel at the post office here in Macau instead?

CP292550378CN can not pass customs scan and was returned to Shenzhen, you can not get the parcel.

Can I go to Shenzhen myself and to china post to get it? They can open it and check if there are restricted items that caused why it cannot board a plane. I honestly do not know what are the items that are subject to the failure of its shipment. It has a toy-like lampshade, wall clocks, are they restricted? Those are intended as gifts this christmas.

you can go to the original China Post office and see if you can pickup there. China Post shows it is in 建设储 branch. Before you go Shenzhen, I suggest you call 075511185 and find out where to pickup.

Can it be sent to Macau because I am currently staying here? If there is any restricted item in my parcel, can the personnel remove it inside and continue the delivery?

Please answer my inquiries because this is the only way I can ask for help regarding my parcel. I dont know who to contact and doesnt speak chinese. I need help. Please be considerate with what I feel because it is frustrating. I dont want my parcel be wasted if I wont be able to get it back. Im in Macau and trying to ask if it can be sent here if not by air, by sea.

unfortunately China Post can not send the parcel to Macao. you have to go back to the China Post Shenzhen branch asap, otherwise the parcel will be destroyed.

I have used my single entry visa to China when I went to Shenzhen. I need to apply for another visa to be able to go back to Shenzhen. I am not sure if I can apply for a visa here. I asked a friend a favor to call the hotline because he can speak mandarin but unfortunately, he couldnt get any information regarding my parcel whenever he calls the hotline. Can I get the contact number of China Post in Dongmen Shenzhen now so my friend can directly call the branch and ask about it? And how long is China Post going to store my parcel in their branch before disposing it? They need to know that I am trying really hard to communicate and reach out so they can make considerations on.dealing with my parcel. Thank you!

I also wanted to know the reason why my parcel didnt pass the customs scan. I wanted to fully understand why China Post have decided to abort the delivery. Please give me the direct number of China Post Dongmen Shenzhen Branch. Thanks!

if you can speak Chinese, call +86-755-11185. they don't speak English.
