I'm having trouble with 2 packages that I ordered from Ali Express :( They are supposed to be delivered to Spain, but both are classified as "unsuccessful delivery/addressee cannot be located" - no one has contacted me. However, when I checked my tracking code in the Spanish post site, it said that the package was "in transit/on route", I'm really confused.
The tracking code is RI348968595CN, please, what can I do?

contact Spain Post and pickup the parcel. If they can not help you, open dispute to aliexpress.

Hi China Post,

I'm from Malaysia

I'm expecting an important registered parcel from Beijing send out thru China Post with below reference number:

RR080668547CN

It is suppose to go thru via Hong Kong and what I know is Hong Kong custom has release on 11 or 12 March and ship out via Sea Freight vessel

I have call up Malaysia Pos today 23 March and they say Malaysia system did not show the reference number

I would like to know what other ways to track this shipment to ensure it is delivered to me in Penang, Malaysia

RR080668547CN is fake number. seller did not ship anything yet.

Thanks a lot

The parcel is in the hand of Indonesian Post. You should contact them and pickup the parcel asap. Otherwise it will be returned to china.

May i know how and where do i have to refer and go to pick up my parcel unsuccessful delivered parcels?

How to know where is my goods now in Malaysia which courier/delivery agent manage for this delivery from China post?

Kindly advice for parcel RI426425119CN and RD415399877CN.
Please help me. It has been 2 month since it shipped.

both parcels were returned by Malaysia Post. You can not get them anymore. Open dispute asap.

1. May I know where is the location of MY3621 ?
2. Can I get my parcel back?
3. What is the possible way to get my parcel?
