Hello, can you help me please (chinapostvolunteer)?.
I have sent parcels from Ukraine to China. RC020521779UA now have Unsuccessful delivery status:

Can you please explain me what is wrong with a parcel (RC020521779UA) and how can i resolve this situation.

many possible reasons might cause unsuccessful delivery. you should ask receiver call 11185 and pickup the parcel asap.

Hi, my situation is the same: delivery unsuccessful, so the package is being sent back to Beijing. But I don't live in Beijing anymore! Pls, who can I contact at Beijing China Post to ask for a re-delivery or delivery to different address? Thanks a lot. Best regards, Julia.

No way!

You must have some friend in Beijing to pickup the returned parcel from original China Post office otherwise it will be sold or destroyed by government.

Hi, upon tracking my package RJ313013315CN , it showed "Unsuccessful delivery" and its location is already in indonesia. Can you please tell me what is wrong and what can be done about it?

You have to contact Post Indonesia asap, the parcel now is in their hands.
