Now china is in national holiday, your seller might have given the parcel to shipping agent but shipping agent has not given it to China post yet.

Anyway, since there is still no shipment data, you should still push seller to ship the goods immediately. But do not open dispute until Oct 7 when holiday finishes.

no shipping record means your seller did not ship the goods. The number LA008722313CN is still invalid.

the record from 11185.cn means shipping record received. it only means shipper noticed china post he plans to ship the goods ,but this does not shipper really shipped anything yet.
