Hello, I have a parcel that hasn't updated in 8 days. It was sent on October 24th and it has been stuck in Guangzhou but I have other EMS packages that were sent on October 29th and they have already arrived here in Korea. I also have another package that was sent on the same day and it has already arrived. Could you please check my package please. The tracking number is EA401002043CN. Thank you very much.

Your parcel just has been sent on 24 October and it was not update 8 days. It's normal
You have to wait another 2 weeks. If it still not update information altogether 30 days or more, then you can ask seller to refund. If he refuse and say because of high season, may be it is in transit, you have to wait until the buyer protection time will be over soon. You must do it before the period are expired

I mean you have to open depute with the website you have bought the product and claim thet you did not get the item, request refund money back
let's say if the protection time will be over on 20 November, you have to open depute on 15 November.
