Hi. My seller forcefully sent my parcel through china post ordinary although i chose registered air mail. Anyway this is the tracking number 04843706866
Its been 3 weeks. I have received all my other parcels but not this one. I called Pakistan Post they said that it's been returned back to the seller because I didn't pay the shipping cost and seller says that we didn't get notice that its been returned. Please help. What should I do?

You should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress for non-arrival parcel refund.

Is it really being sent back to the seller? How did the Pakistan post tell me this?
