Hello. Please help me. My tracking number is RF616820013CN. Its been stuck at the same first status since 24th March while my i have even received my other orders. I asked the seller. She told me today that i checked and it has reached Pakistan. Is it possible that without tracking updates the parcel reaches the destination?

"Electronic Data Received" means your seller applied a tracking number from china post, but never actually ship anything. if she has shipped the parcel, you will see location information. read following article for detail:

My situation is different. Seller is saying that she checked today and the order has reached Pakistan. But there's no update in the tracking.

Your seller is lying to you.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only information of parcel RF616820013CN is "electronic data received". this means your seller never shipped the goods.

where did you buy the goods, ebay or amazon or aliexpress? If you purchased the goods from above 3 website, you should open dispute to them and claim refund against fraud.

She changed my tracking number. RF634708470CN
Saying that she gave the wrong one before and now the order is on its way

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RF634708470CN "Electronic Data Received" on April 1st. This means your seller applied a tracking number yesterday but not really shipped the parcel yet. I believe she is playing game to you again. You can wait 3 more days and track again. If it still shows "Electronic Data Received" without any other new status, you should open dispute to aliexpress.
