I bought an item from iOffer 9 days back and the seller gave me a tracking number 4 days after I made the order. When I tried to track my package, I got the message: "China Post has not received parcel number......." I waited for 2 days and still I was getting the same message. When I asked the seller many times he replied that, "This time, the site is closed tracking information , please do not worry !". Is this possible?
Please tell me what to do.

You can check this forum, there are too much scams in iOffer. Unlike ebay/aliexpress/Amazon which strictly ban self-feedback, iOffer seller can easily leave positive feedback to themselves. It is not a trustful rating system.

if i were you , I will ask for refund immediately and re-order same thing from big website such as ebay,aliexpress ,amazon etc.

if you paid with paypal, you should open dispute and claim refund.
