2. So your parcel departed Chicago for your location. Will you get more scanning of the parcel, that I don't no. Then why is it different from JFK, maybe JFK is more decentralized then Chicago is. I suspect JFK is much much bigger then Chicago ISC, that might be the reason in JFK the parcel are hopping from one place to the other.

2. Normally parcel stating with 03 and 8 are from China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus parcel and can only be track in China and can take from 30 to 60 days for delivery. It is deliver to you by you National Mail Office just like a normal letter.
