What I meant was your package was siting in China waiting for a plane to pick it up and fly to Russia. So yes, it was in China custom for 14 days.

2. Normally E Packet takes 6 to 12 working days to be delivered but you need to add time spent at the Customs Office.

This means it's on its way to the destination country, it may be already in Netherlands, maybe being held by customs we can't indicate as NL Post doesn't allow to track the number.
