Hi my package tracking says it is in Shanghai ems since the 7.10.19 destination UK and it hasn't moved the last package I ordered was delivered in just over a week is there a delay or backlog of parcels in China my tracking number is LO255339315CN . Can anyone help please

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO255339315CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shanghai office to UK on Oct 8.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Royal Mail system(possibly airline warehouse in Shanghai ,China or customs warehouse in UK). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(your parcel seems to be delayed in some place outside China) until Royal Mail gets the parcel from customs. Then Royal Mail website will show its new status with UK location.

Thanks for the info . Is there any way for me to get them to find it and deliver it to me or do I just have to wait till it arrives

you can do nothing except waiting at this moment. Once Royal Post website shows the parcel arrives UK, then you can contact Royal Mail for more detail about delivery.
