Hi,

i am a exchange student living in Nanjing right now. My mother sent me a package from Germany and yesterday i saw these information at EMS tracking:

Your item was not delivred successfully(JiangSuShengNanJingShi XianLin) at 2017-03-15 16:55:36
Reasons for unsuccessful delivery：Addressee not at address indicated, addressee's office closed

My mother wrote a wrong Postcode on the package but rest of the address was correct. Wo what can i do?

This is the adress my mother wrote on package:

Xianlin Campus, Nanjing University
No. 163 Xianlin Avenue, Qixia District
Nanjing, Jiangsu Province
210093
China

210093 is wrong, 210023 would have been right

So what can i do?

the parcel should be in your University. You need contact your university mail reception to pickup the parcel.

i contacted them today but the parcel wasn't there. I mean the last tracking info is: Unsuccessful delivery.
So what can i do?

you can call china post hot line 11185 and inquiry delivery detail or arrange pickup.

very hard to call them as last time i tried no one spoke english... but what do you mean by arrange pick up? I have to arrange a pick up with them an go anywhere to pick it up by myself?

You can ask someone who can speak Chinese and call 11185, ask them if your parcel is still in Nanjing. If they can not help you, you can ask some Chinese friend bring you to China Post 仙林 office （ baidu.com shows its address is 南京市栖霞区仙林文枢东路7号）, that office make delivery of your parcel. They may know something about your parcel.
