Package number is LL383475994CN.

17track suggests the last tracked information was that it "Arrive at Beijing International Mail Exchange Processing Center", but no record of it leaving such. This occurred on the 12th of June, almost three weeks ago.

LL383475994CN was delayed a little bit but still in normal time frame. ePacket sometime can take 30 days to reach Australia.

If you can not get it by July 10, then you should open dispute for lost parcel refund.
