Hi. Nothing is showing up when I track my reference number. Could you please tell me if my parcel is on it's way? Thank you.

LL619535009CN was shipped from Shenzhen to Sydney on Jul 28. Normally such parcel will take 10 to 20 days to pass China and Australia customs and finally enters into Australia Post system.

Once your parcel arrives Australia Post system, you can see new status in Australia Post website.
