RP358718266SG is Singapore Post tracking number, you can track it in Singapore Post website. However, if you just got this number, you need wait about 10 to 15 days to track it, otherwise it will show invalid.

Thanks for effort, i got refund only problem is that they said product is on its way but they also can't track it

I had 2 parcels by yanwen express to indonesia...omg...it's more than a month...the seller put fake tracking number (I guess) on AliExpress then when I asked then they direct me to yanwen express web...second parcel it's travel around the world it shows the destination country was Saudi then change to nigeria...gosh I don't know what they did with those parcels...I haven't disputed them yet...i'll still waiting until 3months but definitely last time to purchase from that seller

Can we open disputes if the seller is using yanwen express without informing the customer?
