Hi, i am waiting a package from China to Chile, the seller has good reputation and everything, but i have a question, the tracking of the package shows this:

2015-05-10 10:04:23.0 leaving 佛山city Post Office parcel 集邮局 ，next station 佛山
2015-05-10 15:12:10.0 Guangzhou Transit Station security scan
2015-05-11 10:34:49.0 Guangzhou Transit Station customs scan
2015-05-13 17:03:07.0 Guangzhou Transit Station customs scan
2015-05-15 02:08:00.0 arrive Guangzhou Airport
2015-05-15 02:14:26.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport
2015-05-15 16:19:41.0 Guangzhou Transit Station customs scan
2015-05-16 01:36:00.0 arrive Guangzhou Airport
2015-05-17 00:41:38.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport

It's normal that the package repeats that cycle?!?! I stay calm or i need to worry? thanks.

it should have customs clearance problem or airline space problem. Wait two more week, if still stuck in Guangzhou, you might need to open dispute and claim refund for lost parcel.

Hi, Where is my item, I am Venezuelan, I bought this item Feb 13, 2015 on Ebay, and send it to a Shipping Company in Miami FL, Track N° RI333916552CN, and no one in the company knows where is my item,I want to know that person signed and got my item?, however on the China Post Website, say that my Item is on Route since 23 Feb 2015. this is possible, Best regards, [email protected]

http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php shows it was delivered in USA in March.

The package now shows "Departure from Guangzhou", it means that the parcel left China? How much time is the typical to a package travel between China and Chile? Thanks

check here http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php , it will tell you estimate arrival time from china to chile.

Oh, i suppose that the days the package was stuck in Guangzhou doesn't count in that days estimation, now starts from zero days, right?

my package has been sayin leaving guangzhou airport since 5/12/15 and no further updates ? is this normal 16 days later and i havent received my parcel nor is there any more tarcking information
