I ordered a product from dhgate on December 12, the tracking from China post hasn’t updated since 12/18... where is my package and can I be refunded if it is lost? Tracking number is LW313540095CN

LW313540095CN was shipped from Guangzhou on Dec 19. Many parcel shipped from Guangzhou are having 20 to 30 days delay in Dec. You might need wait some more time.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to PayPal/dhgate for refund first. After receiving the goods, then pay back to seller.
