Hello, my package says 'en route' . It shows left EMS Shanghai going to Canada a couple of weeks ago. But I see a lot of emails from people that didn't receive their packages. Could you tell me my package is really on the way or is it held up at the airport like other customers? Please let me know. Thank you!

LO989053085CN was shipped from China to Canada on May 3rd. It is in Shanghai airport waiting for flight to canada.

Thank you for your response. You said the package is waiting for a flight from Shanghai to Canada. How long can it take? Why are there not any flights to Canada? If I continue to wait, will my package arrive? Thank you for your help.

Hello, your 1st message said on May 3rd my package was waiting for a flight to Canada. Then your 2nd message said it left China coming to Canada on May 2nd. It doesn't make sense, how can it leave China on May 2 but waiting for a plane on May 3. Please tell me if my package is still waiting for a flight to Canada? Where is it exactly? Thank you

"International item has left originating country and is en route to Canada, CNSHAD" is from Canada Post website which is quite misleading. The parcel has never left China yet. So before the parcel arrives Canada, no need take too much care about Canada Post website result.
