It says it arrived at destination and I have not gotten it. Where is it?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ419116125CN shows the parcel arrived Vancouver on Nov 12. Canada Post website shows the parcel is still in Vancouver airport (Richmond) customs warehouse since then. Not sure why it has not been released, it is a little bit strange.

You can contact Canada Post for more information. If Canada Post can not not find this item, then it must be lost. You need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund.
