To whom concerns the question? To me or to the seller? What is the next step for me to do to get the parcel back to the Chinese seller?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CY284585812DE shows the item arrived Yiwu on Jul 31. But receiver did not make proper declaration. The parcel was returned back from Yiwu to Germany on Aug 7. You probably will wait about 2 months to get this item in Germany. Receiver can not get this item in future.

Hi, what had the receiver to declare in this fact? Was it a fee or what ever? He told me, I had to pay the fee at the Chinese "Zoll". But I did not get any information how much or anything else. Wether from Zoll, neither more from the receiver in Chinese.

Are you returning sth to China for refund? I believe your seller is lying. payment of duty is the responsibility of receiver not shipper(It is impossible for China Customs to collect payment from oversea shipper).

You need. report these factors to paypal and escalate dispute for refund.

Hi, tue Parcel is in the way Back. Where is it now? Does it have a NEW track no.?

Return parcel has low priority to bid shipping space and sorting service. Normally it will take 2 to 4 months to reach original shipper, please be patient.
