hi, i bought a basketball tank top in early november and it has been blocked in guangzhou as "airline departure" since 11 november. (LV347336252CN)
what should i do in this situation? Is my package lost or do I just have to wait? A thousand thanks

If your buyer protection is expiring very soon, then you can open dispute for refund. Otherwise we suggest you keep waiting. Based on our stat, the item should arrive in Italy after New Year holiday.
