Hi, i bought something on Aliexpress, and my parcel comes to France the 15 of June 2019
but since this date i have no tracking information.

My parcel id is LF671389903CN , on the my tracking website it is said : Arrived in the country of destination; Waiting for customs clearance, but the customs can't tell me any information. They told me that i must ask to my carrier, for help.

I need help please

LF671389903CN arrived France on Jul 15. It is now is La Poste(France Post) warehouse. You need contact La Poste for delivery detail.

If La Poste can not find this parcel, you need open dispute to aliexpress for lost parcel refund.
