Hello! I'm waiting for my parcel RG020155386CN, it's supposed to be delivered within 7-15 days, but it's already day 16 since I bought the item. I paid the fee but there have been no updates since November 11, due to the status my parcel is still in Beijing.

RG020155386CN is a low priority economical class parcel. I am not sure who told you "7-15" days arrival from China to Cypress. That is quite misleading. Average time to Cypress at least 4 weeks. You need some patience.
