Hi,

I have 2 parcels which have been sent several days ago and no update in China post tracking system.
Is it possible to get more information regarding their status?

The first one it should be in a postal unit of Raanana since June 24.
The second is still stopped at Guangzhou airport (from 29 May).

For more precision wait for chinapostvolunteer's answer :-)

UJ416609767CN was received by China Post on May 21, RE060288805CN was received on April 24 , RE070772514CN was received May 09. All three packages are still in China waiting for flight out. It is normal during this time to wait for several weeks to 3 month for a plane out. Just be more patient and at the same time watch for your buyer protection period, be prepared to ask for an extension if it is running out soon, or choose to open dispute for a refund

Hi, for RE060288805CN I already asked for an extension. My extension should last for 10 more days only.
Why does it take so much time get to a flight?
