Post Where are my packages?

Hi, China Post,

I have sent out three packages from US to Chongqing, China on Jan 31. They were sent out with USPS express mail. It is supposed to arrive in 3 to 5 business days. The guaranteed delivery date is Feb 10. However, none of the packages have arrived yet.

The US post office can only told me that they arrived China on Feb 7. For further information, they ask me to contact China Post.

The tracking numbers are:
EZ160376145US
EZ163995434US
EC909797051US

Please let me know what is the status of my packages? Where are they? When will they be delivered to my family in Chongqing.

China now is suffering coronavirus for over one month, many airlines cancelled flight to China. So USPS has no shipping space to send parcel to China. You might need wait some more time when US airlines are back to normal.

I shipped my packages well before the flights were canceled. I called the USPS today. They told me that the packages arrived China on Feb 7. And they have been temporarily storaged at a post outlet for inspection.
Please let me know where are the packages? What is the inspection? How long it may take? And when they will be delivered?

China Post does not have any arrival record of these 3 parcels. Normally this means the parcels are still in USA. Another possibility is that they have arrived China airport but not been processed yet.

China airports now are all in chaos. All the logistics resources are reserved for medical products(masks, medical protection clothes and machines etc). Also both China Post and import customs have very limited human resource to handle regular import parcels. You need some patient.

your parcels just arrived China Post office in 上海王港邮件处理中心. Normally this means they will be delivered very soon.

You can ask receiver call China Post hotline 11185 to pickup the parcel if you urgently need the parcels. Otherwise please wait another 2 to 4 business days.

Thank you for the information. Will there be an update after the packages arrive Chongqing, or during any transit? I was trying to check it on kuaidi100.com. But it seems there is no information.

11185 is the only China Post official hotline phone number. You need call 11185.

Thanks for the info. Is 11183 for Express parcel? And 11185 is for non-express parcel?
