Hi! I placed my order on 10th January and ever since I didn't get any update, except the initial shipment info. When I check the tracking number (LO732135547CN) on ePacket website it says "no tracking information for the shipment, or overdue tracking". When I check on 17track, it says only "in transit". Is it possible to get any update about my order?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LO732135547CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON, you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.
