Can I please get help in tracking #LS272134722CN. Order was shipped on 2020-03-21 with China Post as carrier.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LS272134722CN shows your parcel was just shipped from Chengdu to USA on Mar 21. It is still in Chengdu airport.

Right now Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airlines from China to USA. China Post has no shipping space to send so many parcels. Your parcel will take longer time to arrive, please be patient.

Once parcel arrives Italy. USPS website will show arrival information.

Thank you for the reply. Will there be another status update when the package is actually on a plane and leaves Chengdu or only when it arrives in the US?

you can only see new status after parcel arrives USA.

LS272134722CN was sent to Chengdu airport safety scan on April 28 but rejected. Then China Post sent the parcel to airport again then same day. it might take another 10 to 20 days to see what will happen.

Ok - are all the packages sitting in Chengdu expected to be sent out eventually?

Chengdu is one of the worst delay cities in China since coronavirus. Our system shows most of parcel shipped in Feb and March 2020 are still in Chengdu.

China post started to transfer these delayed parcels from Chengdu to other cities since May 8. you probably need wait some more time.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. you can pay back seller after you get the parcel in future.
