Hi China post!

The seller provided just this trucking number SY14040899753, which show that parcel already in the country, but without alternative number I cant claim to local post because they not accepting this local vendor number.

http://track-chinapost.com/start_sunyou.php?code=SY14040899753 shows the parcel arrived Argentina on Sep 3. If you haven't got it, it must be lost.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.
