Parcel is cleared by customs in Johannesburg (South Africa) and the status now says it is at delivery office since 4 September 2020. No indication where this is, so who must I contact?

South Africa Post website shows RV373058296CN arrived Post office in BRACKENFELL, 01544. Please contact S.A Post to pickup your parcel.
