Hi,
I just need some help with my parcel I ordered last january 14 and it is very unusual that this one has not arrived yet cause the other items I ordered together with it came last week only this item did not. My tracking is RP890494105CN thank you any help would be appreciated. The system indicates that it had left china last January 20 and that was it no update. I am quite frustrated. Thank you very much.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RP890494105CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Jan 20.
China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

In the past 3 weeks , china was in holiday and suffering coronavirus. Parcel from China to Saudi will delay 2 to 5 weeks. You need wait some more time.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need ask seller extend protection or open dispute for refund.
