Hi, my order was shipped out on December 19 and it still hasn't updated the tracking information for the destination country. It has said that it's been "processing" since December 23. The China Post tracking number is LS194308878CN .Please let me know if it's still coming or if it's lost or something.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LS194308878CN was shipped from guangzhou to USA on Dec 24.

It is now in some middle place between China Post and USPS system. Possible location is in guangzhou airport or customs warehouse in USA. You can not know exact location until parcel passes US customs.

Dec is rush season, many parcels shipped from Guangzhou have 10 to 30 days delay.

Once parcel is released to USPS, usps.com will show its local location in USA. please wait some more time.

You can not do anything to contact airport or customs from your side. You can ask seller to call china post hotline 11185 and make inquiry. But frankly speaking, normally it will get no result. The best way for you right now is just waiting another 2 to 3 weeks.

If you can not get this parcel by early Feb, then open dispute for refund.
