My package number Cp294023079pl status is showing as in transit, it has been months since the last update. What has the package not been delivered?

CP294023079PL arrived in Shenzhen long time ago but never delivered. Normally this means the address is wrong or not deliverable. Please ask receiver call 11185 to make customs clearance and pickup the parcel.

I’m asking you to update status of the package delivery to what it actually is. The address is correct so either you failed to deliver it or the receiver refunded it. Either way, you are holding my package for months with no update… I assume you just lost my package. How do I file for a lost package?

You can try to contact Poland Post and file investigation on this parcel.
