There is no updates on my parcel since August 25. Can you please help me to figure that out? Tracking number is AM064921262CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=AM064921262CN shows the item left Almaty on Aug 25. Normally it must reach Belarus in about one or two weeks. if you can not get it by Sept 12, you need to open dispute to seller for lost item refund.
