I had a shipment EV752888118CN from Guangzhou City on 17th March. As per the 17track.com the shipment is handed over to the air transport on 19th March. But now last 7 days there is no track of the parcel. Could you help me with this regards.

EV752888118CN was sent to Guangzhou airport on March 19 . It is still there. You can not see update until they arrive Oman.

China has cancelled 80% international airlines in the past month and will cancel more in coming month. China Post has no shipping space to send so many parcels. It is very hard to predict when your parcel will leave Guangzhou . It should be after the coronavirus crisis. You need some patient.

May I know how many days more it may take. We are getting other shipments from China.
