Post My Package with returned goods to Mode Talent

Hello again
My parcel with returned goods to Mode Talent, package tracking number CY532135515DE, arrived Guangzhou in July but nobody came to China Post to make customs clearance and pickup the parcel. Can you please inform me whether Mode Talent was informed of the arrival, and whether they contacted customs at all, or took any steps to collect their goods?

if your seller does not want to collect the parcel , the only thing you can do is to escalate the dispute to paypal, tell them that seller does not want to pickup parcel to refund money. Normally paypal will refund you money based on such facts.
