Post Missing Package!

I have no clue where my package is and I can't seem to find it using the tracking number I was given. The last damn update was on December 3 I think. Please find my package or tell me how I go about getting a refund!
LW233410936CN <--- this is the damn tracking number I was given. I have even sent an email to the company to find out what's going on and have not heard back from them.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW233410936CN the parcel was shipped From China Post Shanghai office to US on Dec 8.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Shanghai ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, Such no-information stage might last 20 to 30 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.
